Sanders Ellis were appointed as Employer's Agent for the £6M refurbishment of a flooded building in York by a Public Sector client. Due to the risk of future flooding, the project involved the design and installation of significant innovative flood resilience measures. The Sanders Ellis consultants lead the project team from the initial surveys and feasibility studies through design and tender to the completion of the construction works.
